By September 2020, the newly developed research unit, DegradationLab became fully equipped and operational after a tender process, purchases, commissioning, and training. The infrastructure installed comprises of advanced characterization setups for optoelectronic and spectroscopic measurements (i.e. solar simulator, EQE, LBIC imaging, EL/PL imaging) as well as for thermography measurements (i.e. ILIT/DLIT) of new solar cell technologies as well as small module architectures.
